- Full and Student members may participate in the governance of the society through appointment or election.

Membership
Full Professional membership in the Society is open to Adventist professionals with at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and who affirm the authority of scripture. Full members will receive the following:
- Full access to all SAAP resources and participate in the governance of the Society.
- A free electronic copy of papers presented at symposiums and presentations of quarterly meetings.
Student membership in the society is open to Adventist students currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree at a college or university, and who affirm the authority of scripture. Undergraduate student members will receive the following:
- Participate in the governance of the Society and receive a free electronic copy of papers presented at symposiums and presentations of quarterly meetings.
- 20% discount on the yearly membership dues.
Public membership is open to non Adventist who are interested in SAAP’s initiatives.
- Public members cannot participate in the governance of the society but are welcome to propose papers for any of the society’s presentations or forums/ meetings.
- Participate in committee events and activities.
